Mahalo Alex, very good of you to continue to help us in getting started with our Vacation rental biz. We appreciate your posting with VRBO also, big boost. And it is a good place to look for anyone planning a trip, just about any where. Certainly broadens the options beyond hotels.

We just are completing a deal for almost three months this early winter, the hardest part of the year to rent. So things are starting to move for us. WHEW!
As with starting any business there is a tenuous period at first as the clients are starting to find you, and the calender is just beginning to get filled.

The Visitor industry is definitely better this year, and seems to reflect an improving economy. Something of a relief for all of us to see. Hope this is a reflection of what you are all experiencing there on the mainland.
