You need to get a really good wheel for your measurements. But I do have a very good wheel that I used for the first measurements you asked for. I did some more measurements. As before, the cap dia. is 66.10mm. That measurement goes down for about 6.5mm to 7.0mm to the next step dia of 72.10mm. That step goes down for about 9.5mm to 10.00. Then there is the last step which is 74.0mm in dia.
