Just kidding. My $.02 is to do two columns, input and output. Connect them by drawing lines from one to the next.
I can't see where the cables are coming from. Cable boxes allow multiple sources of audio and video input. HDMI would be the best video input, but you can use your red to red, and white to white for audio input/output.
