That's a standard FIOS Motorola QIP 7232.

The only input it takes is the signal over COAX.

Outputs are limited to what you see.

Can't be used as a "hub" so OP needs to make all other device connection either thru a media receiver/surround sound or direct to the TV.

The Composite are coming from the slim black box to the left of the DVR. That's a Sony Blu-Ray, has only Composite and HDMI out.

The reason for that is copy protection. Composite is not HD, HDMI is but passes copy protection flags, Component is also HD but since it's analog it does not pass the copy protection flags which would make illegal copying of the content easy/possible.
