dan - I actually learned how to do most of the design work "on the job" from a co-worker who is an engineer and they also had me take lighting classes and do a computer tutorial. Before that I was in a completely different field (law enforcement) so it was kind of interesting to change career fields and then find that I really enjoy it (not to mention the stress reduction

jyl - my husband can totally relate to your market depression comments. He's an institutional bond broker & he never knows what each day is going to be like. Thus he asked me if we could strike a deal when we get the porsche back next week that he can drive it to work on either mondays or tuesday to help "psych" him up for the work week.
