I got tired of the hit-n-miss quality & performance with cheapo tires many years ago.
I run B.F. Goodrich KDW 2's, as I get about 12k miles per set of rears & 20K miles worth out of the fronts. They are great in the dry, OK in the damp and with care-n-caution, passable in the rain. All this under very spirited street driving.
You will not get that life out of the R888's.
