The factory printed a Spec Book (often called the "little spec book" because it is quite small) for each model with torques and tolerances and measurements. The 914 spec book has been in and out of print a couple of times as I recall; I am not sure it is currently available.

The Haynes manual has most or all of the torque specs from the Factory manuals. I don't think it has as much info on tolerances and measurements, but it does at least have some.

You can try looking in the Classifieds section of this BBS, and the similar one on the 914world website, to see if anyone is selling a copy of the spec book.
