Do check for cracks on the upper frame tubes an inch or two from the headstock, they are still out there. Looks like a solid bike, hot compression and oil pressure tests will give you some info on engine condition. What is the oil consumption like?
I just put some marchesini mags on mine. 5-7lbs lighter per wheel, they really transform the 90's ducatis.
