Thanks for the advice. I turned the "service off".....my backups will be with my external HD and drag and click. Took a few boots and clicks in more than one area. They didn't make it easy.
I have bupkis in this laptop and I will recycle it when it fails. Saving the OS or the other programs? Screw it.
I did it in the parking lot in my Porsche via a pirated WIFI......waiting for them to fill my PCar parts order...
