I just had Henry Schmidt at Supertec rebuild my engine, and felt he did a great job and knows what needs to be done to the engine.

Give him a call and see what he says. I imagine that he cannot really give you much more than a general quote without actually seeing and measuring the parts. Labor is pretty much the same, but depending what parts need replacing can make a simple rebuild get out of control quite quickly if many need replacing.
