I know this car, have driven it, and helped Brad polish the paint last year. It is a no excuses car, runs and drives like new. The paint is all original and has had no paintwork. The car was imported as new (Brad has the records). The only flaws are the dash and rear interior quarters. The TB/WP is preventive maintenance, which most people would want to do anyway on a newly acquired 928.
The 85 Euro is highly desireable for a number of reasons: 310hp 16v LH injection, Borg Warner synchros, ABS, modern fuses, 2.73 gears, H4 headlights, etc. This car adds LSD, sport seats, clean unmolested condition with no tacked on aftermarket side markers.
For what this particular car is, I think it is "worth" ever penny of the asking price, if not more. It is true that you can find cheaper drivers that are US spec, and Euros that have been hacked up, or a car that will need major cash infusion before it can be driven reliably. It will take a buyer who appreciates this particular 928 variant, and wants a car that looks great and can be driven immediately.
