VW of America is giving $10M to help fix the DC Mall, I can think of better things to spend that sort of money on, like the homeless, the sick, the underprivileged children; not the Mall. Last time I went it didn't look too bad. Anyway didn't the DC area local govt just spend 10s of millions fixing it over the last two years?
May be the VW guys are going to put a huge VW billboard in the middle.
