Update: the cooling fans now come on after parking and stay on for awhile as they should. So...perhaps with my cooler Vermont location, along with the "standard" 80 degree thermostat/85 degree fan switch - things have simply not warmed up enough to make the system work. I'll still keep an eye on this!
The blower still does not work - and this weekend I'll start by jumping the motor, and take things from there.
