$13500 isn't a lot of money for a great Porsche, but you can find a real nice S4 with the same miles for the same money or less.
Out in the Collector world 'grey market' cars are always worth less.
I think the car is worth what he's asking but doubt he will get it.
Hope it goes to ebay to end the discussion.
