Ah the joys of being the decision maker.
I had a job as production manager at a place that everyone expected me to fix their little problem. A processor might need a small adjustment and all work STOPPED and the employees went to the break room to chat while I was supposed to fix the machine by myself. "It has always been done like that" does not cut it with me.
Gee wiz I miss that.
