I agree, there should be a way that dealers are identified on PP. Some of these sellers are pretending they are enthusiasts or collectors to make buyers feel comfortable and do less due dilligence. I would be much less inclined to buy a car from someone who had owned a car for 7 days. When someone has owned a car long term with receipts it offers more assurance than someone who just bought it on ebay. The best PPI in the world won't pick up everything.
