When I took my 13 ' Whaler to the marine mechanic a few weeks ago I noticed the right side lights were not working. Got the rig back so I decided to install new LED lights. Everything is new from connector to wires to the lights. Lights are grounded to the chassis at the lights and I ran extra wires to both lights and the four pin connector. Got it all buttoned up and left side works fine right side no brake lights or blinkers. This was hooked up to my wifes RAV4 with a factory installed hitch/wire loom. So I tested the connector on the RAV4 with a meter and I can see it pulsing with left blinker on but nothing with the right side
. So I guess I'll have to trace the wires and see how the dealer installed the wiring. So much for an easy install.
And I checked the right side LED's with a 9 volt battery and they all seemed to work fine.
