Some one who I think needs a talking to is the 911 operator.
No compassion at all for an obviously totally distraught Amanda Berry.
Did nothing at all to make her feel better or more secure.

It is the worst 911 operator conversation I've ever heard. Sounded like it was just another call to her.

3 total in custody now as the two brothers are now under arrest as well.
