Even I did fine in public speaking. All I remember from it is the hot chicks in the class. I wrote a nice review for one of them's speeches and she was happy about that. 
I did not buy the textbook, took no notes, and still got like an A-.
Tweeze, I do enjoy my time here. I wish I could stay and do grad school and work more on FSAE but I don't have the money for that at the moment.
