SCs are on the rise right now. The common color scheme means you get no bump for a different color, but the low miles and sport seats give it a bump.

Since you have the records, and it has a fresh top-end, I'm going to say offer at US$24k, and take no less than US$20.5k . These cars have been running in the mid to high teens, but if the car is in the condition you say, then you have a reasonably rare condition SC - low miles, good paint/interior, top-end work done, common upgrades done. Now, if the AC worked, you might actually be able to add US$2k to the price. Up in B.C., AC isn't really an issue. But the wide audience for a car like this includes the southern U.S., and there are parts where driving without AC is a miserable experience, even in a Porsche. I think you could spend less than $2k and get it all back, plus, if the AC were in good, working order. John Walker's Workshop in Seattle could help - or Redmond European. It might be worth the effort.
