Any one item will never please everyone. But quality is certainly noticed. I wouldn't send out anything but a quality ball. Thing is, how long does anyone keep a golf ball?
I don't know about the mouse pad, but in terms of universal use and longevity, it's a winner. I just don't know if that kind of promotion is too in-your-face. The golf ball is subtle.
I guess that's why promotional items are a billion dollar business.
