Any reason you aren't going to 100mm P&Cs? You are already putting out money for the bigger cans so get the largest that will fit.
95mm = 3164cc
98mm = 3367cc
100mm = 3506cc

The short answer: Price. I had my Stock cylinders bored and replated. 98mm is the limit for boring those.
