Don't let her hear you call it that. I made that mistake once. Never again. She says babysitters only watch kids here and there. She works a solid 40+ hours a week, has lesson plans and different crap for them to do. Sticks to any particulars the parents want. Does the childs laundry. When there are older children, she takes them to any lessons or practices they have scheduled. She is practically a live-in. Takes lots of pictures and videos for the parents to have. Fills out a daily log for the parents. She is very into it and indepth. Around christmas she has a book made for the parents of the past years pictures and events. For mothers day she just made a flower pot with the new baby's feet stamped on it to make the shape of a butterfly. That's what my ear gets filled with when someone calls her a baby sitter...lol.
When she gets worked up, I say: "Calm down Mary Poppins." I constantly pick on her.
