15k seems a little steep probably worth between 10 and 12k here in So. Cal assuming no rust or collision damage.
The 2.2 might be valuable to someone with a long hood trying to keep their ride stock especially if it came out of an E or S with MFI. You can take the cash and offset it against the cost of a good running 3.0 or 3.2. which would work really well in the light weight 74 chassis.
The car looks really nice in the photos you posted and could easily be a 15k to 20k car with a bigger motor. Since the flares are done it would be a nice candidate for an RSR conversion by changing the tail and bumpers.
Possibilities are endless.........
