I just looked at those pics...that is an amazingly clean 70k 911. Honestly, to make an OK 911 into that condition would cost 10s of 1000s. I would say great car overall that someone can love for a long time guilt free assuming the take after it.
The late 80s 911s are clearly running up in values and I would not be surprised if this sale was seen as a deal in 12-18 months.
