The problem with living in the city Mike is that we all have our share of a^^hats.
On one side of us we have near perfect neighbors(I don't pretend to be perfect though) and the other side well they are "woe is me". Living on an acreage you have to drive so far for everything.

If those yard lights are preventing you from enjoying your property you might have a legal leg to stand on...shooting their lights out apparently is not an option here.
The neighbors last year swore at my wife . We went and filed a complaint with the police. I hear you....
