Thats very true, Eddie seems to have sort of a chorused out, compressed sound nowadays, (or at least the last we heard of him). Nowhere near as cool as the "brown sound"

Kind of a shame that the DLR reuinion thing will probably never happen. I would have loved to see EVH pull out the red and white striped "Frankenstein" and the old Marshalls. I really don't care too much for the Peavey 5150. Don't get me wrong, i have have Peaveys over the years and they are nearly indestructible. But they lack in tone.
