My question is and has been for years, when will the Goverments acknowledge that there is a problem. An obvious problem.

WHEN DO YOU THINK THE GOVERMENTS OF THE WORLD will finally put in laws such as other countries to limit your offspring numbers.
I see today, other countymen so to speak /women having five six babies entering this country -Canada and Im sure they have never seen so much consumption that is easily available.
It really bothers me.
I am waiting for the day when Goverments stand up and put laws in order that have to do with procreation.
It appears to me that almost every country is so afraid to deal with the planets fundamental problem.
WHY?
the reality though is there isn't a problem. 1st world nations have extremely low birth rates. so much so that some are even worried of a shrinking population, and have holidays/rewards for those in couples to procreate. this is because modern family planning's availability in the 1st world.

when this ability to controls one's reproduction spreads to the 3rd world, population won't be nearly the problem it is today.
