Interesting paint color -- which is a plus.
No rust - plus.
Big question is engine. No mention -- is it still a 2.7? Conventional wisdom is that all 2.7s (that are still running) have been rebuilt. Question is when, and to what standard. Presumably you have none of the records, or you would have said so.
But if it runs well, gauges/electrics work, isn't rusty, has decent repaint of original color, no way it is worth less than $10k.
