He's doing it to stick it to the military. They told him he needs to be 179 at 6'. He has never been lighter than 192 and he was deathly looking when he was. So to prove a point he's going to get down to his military suggested weight.

179 at 6' is thin, my best friend is 6'1" and about 183 and he is thin (concrete finisher - busts his a$$ everyday). I am 170 at 5'10" and I am pretty thin now. I am shooting for 160-165. It's coming off slower as I get close to that because I am also building muscle back up. At the end of my treatment I was up at 200 due to the prednisone. That came off fast down to about 180 and then worked on it from their. High School I was 120-125 with a 3% body fat. I don't want to get anywhere close to that, I just want the tone I had. I am all around more muscular than I was then so my target weight should give me that same definition.
