Okay, So my speedo is pissing me off. Odometer wasn't working and speedo was reading rather slow. This low reading was a percentage difference. Then speedo gets fixed by a local company that has been working on these for over 20 years and come highly recommended. Some other internal housing was cracked as well. Get speedo back and still reading slow, replaced speed sending unit, cracked dif open to check magnets. Everything is normal. Send speedo back and they find more wrong with it. 3 weeks later, get it back today and WTF.

Following breakdown of speed. I use a gps speedometer on my smart phone that is spot on. Confirmed with radar highway speed trap displays.

GPS 25mph - car 34mph
GPS 35mph - car 41mph
GPS 45mph - car 49mph
GPS 50mph - car 53mph
GPS 55mph - car 56mph
GPS 60mph - car 60mph
