Does not work on water cooled Porsches because it is the circulation of water and not just air that provides the heat.

In an ideal world that would work with the sun roof, but due to the amount of ducting in the front, flappers, fresh air, a/c system, any body leaks and the distance from the rear to the front would cause that energy/force to be split up amongst all of that and not make a noticeable difference on once specific unit.
