CLynn85, unless you are willing to expand your search area, you will have no choice but to wait. They do exist, but at $10k they will go very quickly and the days of $10k as others have alluded to are numbered. Since you are looking for a "beater" I presume you have also additionally budgeted for what will almost certainly be a not insignificant amount of sooner than later maintenance necessary to keep it on the road and safe?
