Brussels sprouts,
Blanch for 3 or 4 minutes, let cool.
Cut into halves or quarters or whatever.
Put in Saute pan with olive oil and a little butter,
Salt
Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Crushed Garlic,
Sliced Almonds
Let 'em get crusty,
Put in a swig of Sesame oil right towards the end.
