My cousin has a location management business which arranges film companies use of properties....He manages a number of properties on Long Island...

There are still a great number of "Gold Coast" Mansions remaining on the north shore of Long Island.... a few are open as museums, historical sites.... and others are still held privately...

I've toured some of these mansions....... its hard to put in words the luxury... really the grounds the furnishings...

And most of the really grand Gold Coast mansions had already been demolished....
