From the digging I've done, you get about 60%longer run time on a tank of gas than on similar weight batteries and a tank can be filled in minutes while lipo batteries take around an hour to charge.
So, vibration shouldn't really be an issue? I've not played with rc nitro engines, I'm told they're pretty well counter balanced, but it seems like they'd be a bit rough regardless
