It's amazing that that chunk got through their metal dectectors - that thing is huge.
Note what MRM said above- I've been in the food manufacturing/packaging business over 20 years. - that's the best way to proceed.
Save all the packaging you can, they can get a lot of info from the bar code and the laser printed exp date.
