2000 Boxster S Codes help please

The check engine light is on. An Actron code reader gave me three codes--1) P0507, 2)P1128, and P1130. In my reading the P1128 suggests that it may be the "fuel air sensor". the P1130 suggests it may be the Oxygen sensor but to check the previous codes first. The car sat for several months while I was changing the water pump. The first time I drove it after putting it back together there was no check engine light. The next time it came on and is staying on. Prior to the water pump change the check engine light would come on periodically and then when the car was shut off for about five minutes and restarted warm would go out. Since I know that when I first acquired the car I overfilled the oil on the first oil change I suspect that the Mass Air Flow sensor got a thin coat of oil that caused the problem and that cleaning the MAF would solve the problem. Any suggestions?
