The rear bearings are sealed and do not need grease added. But, you might do well to order an extra rear bearing in case you destroy one the first time you try to install it or the hub.
As for the front bearings, there are many opinions on the best grease. I've used Valvoline Super Syn with no problems, but you might also try Mobil 1 Synthetic. These are available in cartridges so that you can use a grease gun to load a bearing packing tool. These are much faster and cleaner than packing the bearings by hand. If you decide to pack them by hand, then Liqui Moly CV joint grease is good also.
