The way I see it is for instance if you have a neighbor that is acting strange is to befriend them and try to understand where they are at. If they don't let you into their lives then perhaps they are hiding something. Perhaps they are suffering from being alienated by the rest of the population and they don't have to be of Middle Eastern origin to feel that. If they let you into their lives and see how they are suffering perhaps you can help them. If we get new neighbors I ask them lots of questions. Perhaps they think I am nosy which I probably am but like to understand how these people function.
