If I understand, you have tried the Clarks-Garage 3 wire jumper in place of the DME fuel pump relay.

You can follow Clarks advice and run a 12V wire to the fuel pump:
Troubleshooting Fuel Supply Problems
If the fuel pump does run with 12V wire from the battery attached but does not run with the 3 wire jumper you might have a bad ignition switch:

or a bad DME computer---bad solder joints or burned out transistor.
Basic wiring schematics are available in the Haynes manual- Porsche 944 or the WSM.
Clarks does have more troubleshooting pages.
