Thanks everyone. Oops yeah monday is memorial day technically I start monday but will be really starting Tuesday.
I've already been working in the field for the past 5 years generally only a 20-30 hour week. It's a medium/large sized Aerospace insulation company in the IT dept and with my degree they offered me a full time position. Do a little bit of everything mostly windows but learning more and more about our IBM mainframe and production environment.
Network administration, database administration, desktop support and a little programming here and there. Pretty much whatever my coworkers don't want to do lol.
Student loans are a non issue thanks to extremely cheap tuition and amazing parents who footed most of the bill. Yeah as somebody noticed it is a small campus I think around 5k students graduating class was like 1400 people split into two ceremonies so mercifully it was a short ordeal in the SoCal sun.
But all this computer stuff that's just the fall back plan if being a rockstar doesn't pan out
