Hard to tell from that photo what green it is, but it's not olive.
We're in a weird place in the Porsche market where certain colors add value. In this case, any non-metallic green is a plus for *some* buyers. Were it a longhood, value would be astronomical.
In this case, I think $15K is at the low end of current market value if (as you implied) there are no major component issues in the PPI, and if the paint is original (very important).
