Tell her for now it's a long way from a demand letter of any type and litigation. Usually the letter is just meant to scare you off. If they really were going to sue they'd do it first without waisting money on a demand letter. And they can't do anything on a Sunday or holiday anyway, so she can't be safer than a three day holiday weekend and she shouldn't worry about anything until Tuesday.
