PSM was not standard on C2's, only C4's.
Condition is everything with these cars... The PPI will cover most mechanical issues (though IMHO not the most important ones), but what about cosmetics? On the exterior, what about dings/dents/scratches/wheel_rash/stone_chip? How about the interior?
