You have shown that you have fire to the spark plug but you have not shown that the plug itself is firing. Pull that plug and examine it. If it is wet, you are getting fuel and the plug is not firing. If it is dry, you are not getting fuel and then you can work back from there. Could be a stuck valve for example and you have no compression on that cylinder. Be methodical. Check the plug.
