Your dog needs retraining. Dog should be lead to a designated ie. smaller area in a corner for instance so he can pee in that one area alone. My wife trained all our dogs to pee in one small area. After being lead to that one small area the dog becomes conditioned to peeing in that one small area. Eventually the dog goes there by itself.
That is the theory anyhow!
