I keep getting calls to interview for insurance sales jobs. I'm really not interested in this line of work at all, but have heard it can be lucrative. Why are they so aggressive in calling when no other line of work is (to my knowledge)? Does the job suck so bad that they can't find people? Or do they hire huge classes, figuring a small percentage will make it?
