The correct answer is touch them and feel which is warmer. Norton has a current source going through a resistor all the time, dissipating power. Thevenin will be open with nothing connected so cold because no power dissipated.

Haha. Clever idea but good luck with that. It would depend upon the power rating of the resistor/s. If the designer was worth his/her salt and over rated their design, you probably wouldn't be able to feel a difference.
