Alright, I see why it might be assumed that a cool cover is an interior protector for day use. And at home where my truck might not be driven for 3 days at a time, it would stay on over night so that the windows stay clean.

Seems to me that the second best reason to have one other than ease of tossing it on would be being able to wash the thing in the home machine.

But, me pissed off? Well, if you are inferring that if I get one of these shorty covers that I'm ANAL (your word with caps), I guess you forgot a chapter or 2 from "How to win Friends..."
